One fee, taken per order.
Nothing to pay to set up, nothing a month, no contract. When a guest pays, we take 1% of the order value. That is the whole price.
- Every month
- £0
- No subscription, no setup fee, no minimum term. Nothing to cancel.
- Every order
- 1%
- Of the order value. Never of tips: those reach your team in full. Refund an order and our fee comes back too.
- Card processing
- Stripe's
- Paid to Stripe from your own Stripe account, at their published rate. We add nothing to it. Stripe's pricing
On a £40 table that is 40p to us. The money itself never passes through us: it settles in your Stripe account and pays out to your bank on Stripe's schedule.

A table's bill, worked through
A table of four pays for their food and drink and leaves a tip.
| Food and drink | £40.00 |
| Tip (yours in full) | £4.00 |
| Guest pays | £44.00 |
| MyTable's fee (1% of £40) | £0.40 |
| Stripe's processing fee | at Stripe's rate |
Stripe publishes its UK card rates on stripe.com/gb/pricing. They are charged to your own Stripe account and are the same whether or not you use MyTable.

Custom pricing
Running a group of sites, or more covers than a percentage suits? Tell us roughly how many venues and how many covers a week, and we will agree something that fits. Anything agreed replaces the 1% for your account.
Get in touchQuestions about the fee
- Is the 1% taken on tips?
- No. Tips go to you in full and are never part of the fee. If you add a service charge, that is part of the order value and the 1% applies to it.
- What happens to the fee when I refund an order?
- Our fee on the refunded amount is returned along with it. Stripe's own fee is governed by Stripe's terms.
- Where do I see what I have been charged?
- Every order and tip is in your dashboard. Each payment in your Stripe dashboard shows the application fee taken for MyTable and Stripe's processing fee.
- Is there a minimum, a contract or a notice period?
- None of those. You can close a venue for orders at any moment and stop; nothing keeps charging.
- Can I pay a flat fee instead of a percentage?
- For a group of sites or higher volumes we will agree a different arrangement. Write to us with roughly how many sites and covers you do and we will come back with a number.
